Yoga Holiday Nepal - Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

Welcome to Yoga Holiday Nepal! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our yoga, meditation, and wellness retreats. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

Booking and Payment

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. We will send payment details via email.
• The remaining 80% must be paid before the retreat start date.
• Customers must send a payment receipt via email for verification.
• Once we receive the payment, we will send a confirmation email.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.
• Each of our products has specific terms and conditions, which will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date may result in partial or no refund.
• If the retreat is canceled by Yoga Holiday Nepal, a full refund or an alternative retreat date will be offered.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.
• Respect for local customs, staff, and other guests is required throughout the retreat.

Liability

• Yoga Holiday Nepal is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.
• Participants join at their own risk and are responsible for their well-being during all activities.

Code of Conduct

• Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward staff or participants, or violation of retreat guidelines may result in removal without a refund.

• Substance abuse and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

   

Changes to the Program

• Yoga Holiday Nepal reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, instructors, or location due to unforeseen circumstances.

 Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes shall be resolved in Nepalese courts.
